4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right — whether that means re-cleaning, touch-ups, or discussing a fair resolution.
